Battle net stuck on downloading new files

I have downloaded the Call of duty modern warfare setup/install file and have got as far as the install location and default Delete some Battle.net files:.

21 Sep 2019 So, I wanted to play the MW Beta but I got hit with the Battle.net launcher not but now it says "Downloading New Files" and EVERY possible fix doesn't work.
